Should you give us the assignment to actively find you a house on Curacao or a tenant, you'll only pay a commission when signing a deal.
Commission Rates Rent/Lease
Finding a tenant for houses:1 month of rent + 6% tax
Finding tenants for offices or commercial properties
1 month rent + 6% tax
If you wish to rent out the building or the space for a minimum of 3 to 5 years, the commission will be discussed and a different price will be established.

1 month rent + 6% tax
Find an office or commercial property to rent
Once-only 10% of the yearly rent + 6% tax
